Digital signage throughout the outdoor areas of the pedestrian areas and incorporated into the façade of the parking structure will entertain, inform, and educate visitors to THE MISSION and viewers from the surrounding neighborhoods. The signs will be used to educate visitors about each of the different LEED principles applied in the construction of THE MISSION. They will also serve as digital concierges, way-finding devices, and informational screens that highlight the name of any particular recording artist currently being played in the common areas. They will inform visitors of program scheduling for the day and upcoming programming for the coming weeks. Digital signage along Coolidge Avenue (facing north) will display dynamic art displays and programming announcements so as to communicate and interact with the surrounding neighborhood. Alternatively, CMS may elect to sell off the signage rights for the ACE Downtown Connector exposure along Casino Center Boulevard.
