CREATIVE OFFICES:
- 38,040 square feet available
EXHIBITION/BANQUET/CONVENTION SPACE:
- Approximately 5,000 to 17,220 square feet available per event. Suitable for banquet, seminar, lecture, or trade shows. All catered events must be catered by one or more of the restaurant tenants located on the ground floor. Availability beginning in 2011.
ARTISTS:
- Approximately 800 linear feet of interior art exhibit space available each month beginning in 2011. Additional outdoor art exhibit kiosks will also be available beginning in 2011.
MUSICIANS:
- Approximately 30 monthly rotational playlist slots will be available for rental at THE MISSION beginning in 2011. Each playlist slot rental includes at least one live 20-30 minute set performance on the Boulder Avenue outdoor stage during THE MISSION’s nightly live entertainment shows.
- High school and college jazz bands, orchestras, and choirs are encouraged to apply for 60-90 minute live performance slots. THE MISSION will feature live music from the high school and college music programs nightly and also during the daytime on weekends.
DIGITAL SIGNAGE ADVERTISING:
- CMS NEVADA LLC is soliciting advertisers interested in advertising on the prominent digital signage overlooking the ACE Gold Line route. The Deuce bus route along the Las Vegas Strip boasts the second-highest ridership of any bus route in the U.S. The ACE Gold Line is essentially an extension of that route and will connect everything there is to see in Las Vegas from McCarren Airport and Town Square all the way up through all of Downtown. It will begin full service on January 10, 2010.

I’m the property owner of the above one of a kind, one story historical property for lease with approx. 1500+- sq ft. The City of las vegas planning dept. made me aware of contacting you as a resource. If interested there is a flyer on the bldg. Please do not disturb existing tenants.
